做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
