做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
