做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
