做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
