做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
