做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
