做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
