做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
