做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
