做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。
