做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
