做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
