做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
