做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
