做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
