做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
