做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
