做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
