做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
