做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
