做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
