做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
