做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
