做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
