做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的(de )时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
