做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
