做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
