做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
