做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
