做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
