做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
