做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
