做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
