做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
