做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
