做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
