做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武(wǔ )火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即(jí )可品尝。
