做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
