做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
