做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
