做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
