做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
