做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
