做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
