做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
