做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
