做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
