做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
