做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
