做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
